  • Can I use sessions I didn’t use this month in the next month?
    No. Sessions reset each month to keep you taking steady action instead of stacking calls.
  • When can I book calls?
    My availability for December and January:
    Monday - Thursday between 7am MST and 12pm MST.
    My availability for February and March will be added here in January.
  • How long are the calls?
    The kickoff call is 60 minutes and the unlimited calls (up to 4 per month) are 15 minutes each.
  • How many calls can I book each month?
    Up to four a month, booked as you need them.
  • Can I book them all at once?
    No, you complete the action from your last call before you book the next one. This keeps you out of avoidance and builds trust with yourself. Momentum becomes normal.
  • What if I don’t know what the “action” is?
    We’ll name it on the call. It will always be simple and doable.
  • What if something big comes up between calls?
    You can use WhatsApp (Mon–Thurs) for quick support, resets, and clarity.
  • Is this only for people in business?
    No. Many people use this for emotional spirals, energy work, money stuff, patterns, relationships, confidence, or general stuckness. Anything that needs clarity and movement.
  • What if I need to reschedule?
    You can reschedule as long as the calendar has openings. Missed calls are not rescheduled.
